The organization
The organization is the account: it owns the plan and the subscription, and everything that is shared across your clients or teams — the custom short domains, the branding used on client reports, the QR code designs, and single sign-on. Billing attaches here, which is why every workspace inside an organization draws on the same allowances. See Billing. The workspace
A workspace is where the day’s work happens, typically one per client or team. It owns the links, the rules (the UTM convention, approved values, dependency rules), the campaigns, tags and saved views, the API tokens, and its own list of members. Nothing in one workspace is visible from another: a link, a rule or a report belongs to exactly one workspace. Membership is also per workspace. Being in one of an organization’s workspaces does not put you in the others; someone has to invite you to each. See Members and roles.Switching workspaces
The workspace switcher is on every product page and lists the workspaces you belong to. Choosing one reopens the page you were on inside that workspace, so the links, reports and chat history you see are always the current workspace’s.Creating a workspace
Only an owner can create a workspace. Open Workspaces in the Account section of the navigation. The page lists every workspace in the organization and says how many of your plan’s allowance are in use, or that the plan is unlimited. Workspaces you belong to have an Open button.1
Name it
Type a name in New workspace — a client’s name works well. The workspace’s address is derived from the name, so a name that another workspace anywhere already uses is refused as taken and nothing is created.
2
Create it
Press Create workspace. You land inside the new, empty workspace as its owner, and it appears in your switcher. Nothing about your other workspaces changes.
3
Invite people
Open Members in the new workspace to invite the people who should work in it. Colleagues from your other workspaces are not added automatically.
Everyone but an owner sees the list without the form. There is no assistant action for creating a workspace: it is an occasional administrative act, and the form is the only door.
