Creating a share link
On the Reports page, press Create a share link. Owners and admins can: a share link publishes the workspace’s numbers to whoever holds it, and it outlives the person who created it. The address is shown once. Copy it there and then. UTMKit stores only a fingerprint of the link, never the link itself, so it cannot be shown again; if you lose it, revoke it and create a new one. The link lives on your oldest connected custom domain when the plan has full white-label and you have one, and on the shared domain otherwise. It is bound to that hostname. See Custom domains. What the client sees
- Your logo, or your organization’s name when no logo is set, and the workspace’s name.
- The totals — clicks, unique visitors, and conversions with their value when they share one currency — each with its change against the previous period of the same length.
- A row of grouping pills, the same groupings the report has, with the chart and the table under them. The client can switch grouping; the dates shown are the range the link opened on, within what your plan keeps, and the page says how long data is kept.
- When automated visits were left out, one sentence in plain words: these numbers count visits by people.
