# Client reports and branding

> A read-only report a client opens with a link and no account, on the agency's own domain, under the agency's logo and colours.

A client report is the workspace's [report](/en/analytics/the-report), read-only, opened with a link. The client needs no account and sees nothing but that one workspace's numbers, under your logo and colours, on your own short domain when you have one. It is the page an agency sends at the end of the month.

Client reports and branding are part of white-label, which is included in some plans — see the [plans page](https://app.utmkit.co/billing/plans). A trial can set branding and open a preview report on the shared domain, so you see what a client would see before you buy.

## Creating a share link

On the [Reports page](https://app.utmkit.co/reports), press **Create a share link**. Owners and admins can: a share link publishes the workspace's numbers to whoever holds it, and it outlives the person who created it.

The address is shown **once**. Copy it there and then. UTMKit stores only a fingerprint of the link, never the link itself, so it cannot be shown again; if you lose it, revoke it and create a new one.

The link lives on your oldest connected custom domain when the plan has full white-label and you have one, and on the shared domain otherwise. It is bound to that hostname. See [Custom domains](/en/links/custom-domains).

## What the client sees

* Your logo, or your organization's name when no logo is set, and the workspace's name.
* The totals — clicks, unique visitors, and conversions with their value when they share one currency — each with its change against the previous period of the same length.
* A row of grouping pills, the same groupings the report has, with the chart and the table under them. The client can switch grouping; the dates shown are the range the link opened on, within what your plan keeps, and the page says how long data is kept.
* When automated visits were left out, one sentence in plain words: these numbers count visits by people.

There is no sign-in, no editing, nothing of ours on white-label plans, and no way to reach another workspace. The page asks search engines not to index it.

## Revoking

Each share on the Reports page shows its host and creation date, with a **Revoke** button. A revoked link shows a neutral "no longer available" page within a minute, revealing nothing about the workspace or about why. The same page appears if the plan loses white-label or the workspace is deleted; your short links keep resolving either way.

<Tip>
  Every [scheduled report](/en/analytics/scheduled-reports) owns a share link of its own, listed here with the others. Revoking it makes the links in the mails already sent stop working.
</Tip>

## Branding

On the [Branding page](https://app.utmkit.co/branding), upload a logo — a small PNG or JPEG; the page states the size limit — and pick a **primary** and an **accent** colour. The preview underneath shows how a client report opens with them, and it follows what you type before you save. Owners and admins save; everyone can look.

Saved branding reaches client reports and the console's own chrome immediately, with nothing to redeploy. Unset branding falls back to your organization's name and a neutral palette, so a report never renders broken. A file that is not a usable logo is refused with the reason named, and the previous logo stays.

The same page holds your QR code designs, described in [QR designs](/en/qr-codes/designs).
